For applications requiring a highly stable single frequency, Mini-Circuits’ engineering team can customize a low noise synthesized source for any frequency from 56 to 6010 MHz. Fixed-frequency synthesizers feature low phase noise with spurious performance of -90 dBc or better. Mini-Circuits PHA-1+ Ultra High Dynamic Range MMIC Amplifier supports low intermodulation amplification over the broad frequency range of 50 MHz to 6 GHz. This design provides a unique combination of high Output IP3 (typically +42 dBm) while maintaining a noise figure less than 3 dB up to 4 GHz and typical gain of 14 dB at 2 GHz.
The Mini-Circuits AVA-24+ is a surface-mount, microwave amplifier and fully integrated gain block up to 20 GHz. It is packaged in Mini-Circuits’ industry standard 3×3 mm MCLP (QFN) package, which provides excellent RF and thermal performance.
ZHL-30W-262+ is a ruggedized High Power Amplifier delivering 30W signals covering the 2400 MHz ISM, WLAN and S-Band radar bands. This amplifier supports a variety of applications from communication, radar to critical test and measurement systems and includes over-temperature self-protect and alarming circuits.

Mini-Circuits New Coaxial High Power Amplifier - 50Ω 3W 6 to 18 GHz. Features include high power, 3 W, high dynamic range, high gain of 35 dB typ. and good directivity of 35 dB typ. Internal voltage is regulated for 13 to 18 VDC.
