Mini-Circuits CMA-545+ is a E-PHEMT based ultra-low noise MMIC amplifier operating from 50 MHz to 6 GHz with a unique combination of low noise and high IP3 making this amplifier ideal for sensitive receiver applications. This design operates on a single 3 V supply and is internally matched to 50 Ohms.

Mini-Circuits announces updates on an oscillator that was recently released. The MOS-868-119+ is a voltage controlled oscillator that is designed to operate from 805 to 868 MHz. The ZX95-2600-S+ is a voltage controlled oscillator that is designed to operate from 1650 to 2600 MHz for Cable TV applications. Mini-Circuits NEW, ADEX MIXERS Mini-Circuits announces the new patent pending series of ADEX level 3, 7, and 17 (LO) mixers designed to give you exceptionally high isolation (greater than 50 dB typ) with very flat conversion loss (±0.2 dB typ) over the entire 10-1000 MHz band.

ZGDC35-93HP+ is a 35 dB DC pass high power bi-directional coupler covering the frequency range of 900 to 9000 MHz. Directivity is 25 dB typical and coupling flatness is ±0.8 dB typical over 1050 to 8000 MHz.

As seen in the July 2006 issue of Microwave Journal. This DBTC series of directional couplers operates in a frequency range from 5 to 2000 MHz and features nine different coupling values that range from 9 to 20 dB.

For applications requiring a highly stable single frequency, Mini-Circuits’ engineering team can customize a low noise synthesized source for any frequency from 56 to 6010 MHz. Fixed-frequency synthesizers feature low phase noise with spurious performance of -90 dBc or better. They operate with low power consumption and are supplied in compact surface-mount or connectorized packages.

The LFTC series of low pass filters operate in a frequency range from DC to 5400 MHz. The filters can handle more than 10 W and cover cut-off frequencies up to 6 GHz. This series is ideal for applications dealing with rejection of harmonics, intermods and avoiding unwanted signals from creeping into the system.

Mini-Circuits PHA-1+ Ultra High Dynamic Range MMIC Amplifier supports low intermodulation amplification over the broad frequency range of 50 MHz to 6 GHz. This design provides a unique combination of high Output IP3 (typically +42 dBm) while maintaining a noise figure less than 3 dB up to 4 GHz and typical gain of 14 dB at 2 GHz.

The Mini-Circuits AVA-24+ is a surface-mount, microwave amplifier and fully integrated gain block up to 20 GHz. It is packaged in Mini-Circuits’ industry standard 3×3 mm MCLP (QFN) package, which provides excellent RF and thermal performance.

ZHL-30W-262+ is a ruggedized High Power Amplifier delivering 30W signals covering the 2400 MHz ISM, WLAN and S-Band radar bands.
