On August 1, 2013, Renaissance entered into, and closed on, a Stock Purchase Agreement with LEC Acquisition LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and K Acquisition LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.  LEC Acquisition LLC owns 99% of Renaissance, and in turn is majority owned and controlled by Southvest Funds VI LP, a Delaware limited partnership.
