Model STZ-12-I1 is an E Band full waveguide noise source. The noise source is silicon IMPATT diode based solid state noise source, which employs high performance diode and priority circuit design to offer nominal 14 dB ENR with extreme flatness in entire waveguide bandwidth from 60 to 90 GHz.

The AM1950-2140SD345 SAW duplexer is designed for wireless applications and has very low ripple and insertion loss along with high rejection. Pass-band 1 is 1940 to 1960 MHz and pass-band 2 is 2130 to 2150 MHz. Rejection is up to 52 dB, insertion loss is less than 2.2 dB in either pass-band, in-band ripple is 0.6 dB, and isolation is at least 43 dB.

Model SAL-9239634001-094-C1 is a W band lens corrected antenna with center frequency at 94 GHz and ± 2 GHz operation bandwidth. The antenna has 1.2 degree half power beamwidth with a typical of 40 dBi gain. The design offers lower than -20 dB sidelobe levels and supports both linear and circular polarizations.

Model SOV-77305215-12-I1 is an E band Varactor tuned InP Gunn oscillator which operates at 76.5 GHz center frequency with output power +15 dBm and ± 0.25 GHz voltage tuning bandwidth. The bias condition of the VCO is at +10.0 volts and 200 mA typically. To achieve ± 250 MHz, a voltage capable of swinging from 0 to +20 Vdc is required.
