Model Number DD-20-218-5PF-3-P-M is a high speed diode detector optimized for the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range. This model offers a fast response of 5 nsec, a TSS of -50 dBm at 2 MHz video bandwidth and a Video Capacitance of 5.6 pF. The output voltage polarity is positive, but a negative polarity is available upon request. 
PMI Model No. SDLVA-218-44-70M is a detector log video amplifier (DLVA) designed to operate over the 2.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency range.
