Renaissance has developed a new low cost, high power, drop-in isolator to protect expensive amplifiers from unwanted reflected power levels at S band frequencies. Covering 2.7 to 2.9 GHz, this isolator provides a VSWR of 1.25:1 at input and output ports with loss of 0.4 dB and isolation of 20 dB over -30 to +85 C.

HLNA Series of low noise amplifiers covers the frequency ranges from 20 to 100+ GHz. A wide variety of gain and bandwidth combinations are available to provide the designer with a solution for most applications. Custom designs are available and in many cases NRE is not required. MMIC technology is employed for high reliability and repeatability.

Linear Technology announces the LTM4644 quad output step-down µModule® (micromodule) regulator configurable as a single (16A), dual (12A, 4A or 8A, 8A), triple (8A, 4A, 4A) or quad (4A each) output regulator. This flexibility enables system designers to rely on one simple and compact µModule regulator for the variety of voltage and load current requirements of FPGAs, ASICs and microprocessors.

The AE70NS2067 notch filter has a notch bandwidth of 68 MHz to 72 MHz, rejection of at least 30 dB, a low-side passband of DC to 64 MHz and high-side passband 76 to 150 MHz. Insertion loss is less than 1 dB, and the filter measures 4 x 1.25 x 0.75 in. and uses SMA female connectors.

The AE14625-15250DB5370-LNA combines a high-performance duplexer with a low-noise amplifier with excellent noise performance in a compact module. The duplexer’s band 1 is 14.4 to 14.83 GHz, band 2 is 15.15 to 15.35 GHz, insertion loss is less than 2 dB, rejection is at least 60 dB, and power handling ability is 150 W.

The AM1500PD902 two-way power divider cover 800 to 2200 MHz with insertion loss of 0.5 dB, isolation of at least 18 dB, amplitude balance 0.5 dB, phase balance of 5 deg., and VSWR of 1.4:1. It will handle 100 W CW, uses Type-N female connectors, and measures 2.1 x 2.1 x 1 in.

Vaunix family of LDA series digital attenuators offer attenuators with up to 120 dB of programmable attenuation through 6000 MHz. The LDA-102E and LDA-602E both have input power handling of up to 2 W. The LDA digital attenuators can also be used in WiMAX, 3G, 4G, LTE, DVB Fading Simulators, and engineering and production test labs.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support forthe TGA2594, a 5 W high-power amplifier developed using TriQuint’s GaN15 technology. Supporting VSAT and SATCOM applications, the TriQuint TGA2594 offers 35 dBm P1 db or 37 dBm Psat from 27 to 31 GHz. Small signal gain is up to 23 dB. 

PMI Model No. DRO-12D3G-CD-1 is a dielectrically stabilized GaAs FET oscillator with a center frequency of 12.3 GHz.  This model provides minimum output power of +11 dBm with all spurs held to -55 dBc and harmonics held to -20 dBc. The mechanical tuning frequency is +/-25 MHz and the unit has a phase noise of -75 dBc/Hz.

PMI Model No. DRO-14D3G-CD-1 is a dielectrically stabilized GaAs FET oscillator with a center frequency of 14.3 GHz.  This model provides minimum output power of +11 dBm with all spurs held to -55 dBc and harmonics held to -20 dBc. The mechanical tuning frequency is +/-25 MHz and the unit has a phase noise of -70 dBc/Hz.
