The AE14625-15250DB5370-LNA combines a high-performance duplexer with a low-noise amplifier with excellent noise performance in a compact module. The duplexer’s band 1 is 14.4 to 14.83 GHz, band 2 is 15.15 to 15.35 GHz, insertion loss is less than 2 dB, rejection is at least 60 dB, and power handling ability is 150 W.

The LNA has a noise figure of 3 dB, output third-order intercept point of +24 dBm, P1 RF output power of +15 dBm (+19 dBM Psat), gain of 20 dB, and operates from 28 to 35 VDC180 mA or less. The module will operate over a temperature range of -20^o to +85^o C and measures 6.5 x 2.5 x 1 in.
