PMI Model No. P2T-2G18G-55-T-512-SFF-LV is a terminated, single pole, two throw switch that operates from the 2.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency range and can handle +23 dBm CW input power with port to port isolation of 55 dB min.  This model has low insertion loss while still offering a fast switching speed of 50 nsec max.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support fortwo new 6-bit phase shifters from TriQuint. Both the TGP2105-SM and TGP2107-SM offer 360 degree coverage with 5.625 degree LSB. Supporting X and Ku bands, the TGP2105-SM and TGP2107-SM span 6-18GHz and offer <10 dB insertion loss. Input IP3 is >41 dBm and both phase shifters P1dB compression points >25 dBm.

PMI Model No. PIFA-9D4G-1D8G-1 is an integrated frequency down converter used within Doppler Radar Systems.  The RF Input is 9.4 GHz +/- 30 Mhz with an input dynamic range of 100 to 0 dBm.  The LO Input is 2.803 GHz +/- 15 Mhz with a power level of +5 to +7 dBm.  The resulting IF output frequency is 1.8 GHz +/- 10 MHz.

PMI Model No SWN-1170-4DT-SP is a single pole, four throw, absorptive switch designed to operate over the 0.5 to 18.0 GHz frequency range.  This model is designed to maintain low insertion loss, high isolation and fast switching speed.  It is supplied with removable 2.92 mm (F) connectors in a radial housing that measures 1.25" dia x 0.7" thick.

PMI Model No. PE2-30-1R018R0-4R5-22-12-SFF-1 is a 1.0 to 18.0 GHz, low noise amplifier that typically provides 30 dB of gain while maintaining a maximum gain flatness of ±1.5 dB over the operating frequency.  The noise figure is 4.5 dB max and offers an OP1 dB of 22 dBm min.  The operating voltage is +12 to +15 VDC with a typical current draw of 500 mA.
