NMDG has demonstrated support for fully calibrated contactless loop probes, kindly provided by Rosenberger HF-Technik, in its Integrated Component Characterization Environment (ICE) flagship software.
Mesuro, the Cardiff University spin-out, which offers testing and services solutions for the semiconductor industry, has announced successful completion and installation of its Open Loop Active Harmonic Load Pull system at Miyoshi Corp., Itami, Japan. This system represents the company’s first success in what it sees as the potentially lucrative Japanese market.
Aeroflex Ltd. has added support for 4x2 multi-input multi-output (MIMO) to the 7100 Digital Radio Test Set for the R&D testing of LTE user equipment (UE) being designed with this feature.
Analog Devices Inc. introduced the CN0267 demonstration circuit for a loop powered HART® (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) enabled smart transmitter, for industrial applications that need to operate within a set 3.5-mA power budget. This field instrument circuit demonstrates a complete low power, high precision signal chain solution with minimum area overhead, which has been tested and verified by ADI as part of their Circuits from the Lab™ reference circuits’ initiative.
Linear Technology introduces the LTM9013, a wideband RF-to-digital µModule® (micromodule) receiver that includes a high performance dual 14-bit, 310Msps analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a high IIP3 I/Q demodulator, two variable gain amplifiers, and 300MHz lowpass filters. The LTM9013’s quadrature sampling architecture enables acquisition of up to 300MHz of signal bandwidth with IMD3 performance of 66dB across the entire band.
