Drawing 450 mA from a 4.5 V supply, the TQP9421 lends itself towards distributed amplifier systems (DAS), small cell infrastructure and repeaters. The Qorvo TQP9421 is capable of 35.5 dBm P1dB from 2.11 to 2.17 GHz.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the 365CT000, 40 A pulsed switch from XSYSTOR, Inc. The 365CT000 offers easy integration of GaN amplifiers in high speed, pulsed power systems. These CMOS, complementary MOSFET switches have clocked speeds of <200 nSec for rise and fall times. Allowing source and drain voltages from 28 to 80 V, the XSYSTOR switch is compatible with standard and high voltage GaN amplifiers and transistors.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TGA2818-SM power amplifier. The TGA2818-SM provides 30 W of saturated output power for S-band radar systems operating over 2.8 to 3.7 GHz. Large signal gain is >18 dB with power added efficiency of >47%. This 2-stage, GaN on SiC amplifier runs on 28 V bias drawing 200 mA of current. The Qorvo TGA2818-SM has good thermal properties and supports a range of bias voltages.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an internally matched amplifier from Qorvo. The Qorvo TQP9418 spans a frequency range of 1.805 to 1.88 GHz with an output power 27.5 dBm. The TQP9418 offers a best in class linearity of -48 dBc ACLR at 27.5 dBm. With 31 dB of gain, the TQP9418 draws 455 mA from a 4.5 V supply. Applicable for small cell base stations, booster amplifiers and repeaters.

The ADA4522-1 / ADA4522-2 / ADA4522-4 are single/dual/quad channel, zero drift op amps with low noise and power, ground sensing inputs, and rail-to-rail output, optimized for total accuracy over time, temperature, and voltage conditions. The wide operating voltage and temperature ranges, as well as the high open-loop gain and very low DC and AC errors make the devices well suited for amplifying very small input signals.
