AR’s 20S6G18A and 40S6G18B are self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, Class A solid-state amplifiers designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and linearity are required. The Model 20S6G18A, when used with a sweep generator, will provide a minimum of 20 W of RF output power instantaneously from 6 to 18 GHz, while the 40S version delivers 40 W.

Sumitomo Electric introduces SGM6901VU, a compact two-stage hybrid module SMD with 22 dB gain, 30 W power, ideal as driver or phased array radar element as well as the SGC0910-300A-R which is a 300 W IMFET. These add to the existing line of 50, 100 and 200 W IMFET devices.

The 885136 offers bandedge rejection at 2390 and 2583.5 MHz for WiFi CPE, access points, set top boxes, gateways, smart meters and IoT applications. Featuring LowDrift ^TM  BAW technology, operating temperature is extended from -40 to +95 degrees Celsius allowing outdoor operation with minimal drift. Insertion loss is 0.9 dB (channels 2 to 11) while low band attenuation of unwanted signals is 31 dB and high band attenuation is 24 dB.

Analog Devices, Inc., which recently acquired Linear Technology Corporation, announces the LTC5553, a double balanced mixer providing best-in-class matched bandwidth capability from 3 to 20 GHz. The mixer can be used either as an up- or downconverter. In addition, the LTC5553 delivers outstanding linearity of 23.9 dBm IIP3 at 14 GHz, and 21.5 dBm at 17 GHz. The device integrates an LO buffer requiring only 0 dBm input drive, effectively eliminating an external high power LO amplifier circuit.
