Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant fixed frequency phase locked loop model RFS5900A-LF in the C-band. The RFS5900A-LF is a fully integrated synthesizer operating at 5900 MHz which is phase locked to a 10 MHz reference with a stability of ±2.5 ppm. This low cost PLL features a typical phase noise of -80 dBc/Hz, -85 dBc/Hz, and -103 dBc/Hz at the 1, 10 and 100 kHz offsets, respectively.

Z-Communications Inc. announces a VCO model V200ME07-LF. The V200ME07-LF operates over the frequency range of 173 to 192 MHz while covering the band within a tuning range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO features a spectrally clean signal of -120 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.

PMI Model No. TD-30T-SHS-218-AMP-OPT4G4D5G-40DBM is an ultra-high speed, high sensitivity threshold detector optimized for the 4.0 to 4.5 GHz frequency range.  This unit has a fixed threshold level of -40 dBm.  It is a miniature unit with TTL output logic. Package size 2.5"(L) x 2.0"(W) x 0.5"(H) with SMA (F) connectors.

The VPW3475 magnetron transmitter is developed as a fully integrated magnetron system operating up to 350 kW peak power. This microwave transmitter uses a CPI coaxial magnetron as its RF output device. The frequency of operation is magnetron dependent. Any CPI magnetron with RF power range up to 400 kW can be used in this transmitter. CPI provides any modifications required for the particular magnetron chosen.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity gain block from Qorvo. Featuring >-75 dBc CSO, the RFCA8830 covers 45 to 1218 MHz as a DOCSIS 3.1 compliant amplifier for HFC optical nodes, laser drivers and balanced antenna applications. Gain measures 19 dB and noise figure is <2 dB. Operating from 5 V, the RFCA8830 is packaged as an SOIC8.

MCV Microwave has developed a line of ultra-low passive intermodulation (PIM) cavity filters and multiplexers covering frequency bands from 250 MHz to 6 GHz. The typical PIM performance in production is -163 dBc measured with two CW tones, each at 43 dBm. An even lower PIM filter with a maximum of -168 dBc is available, if requested. The filter line has low passband insertion loss, high-power handling and, for multiplexers, high isolation between bands.
