KRYTAR Inc. announces Model 7030400, a 4-way power divider offering high performance over the ultra-broadband frequency range of 3 to 40 GHz with >13 dB Isolation and ±0.5 dB amplitude tracking. The 4-way divider exhibits insertion loss of <3 dB from 3 to 32 GHz and <3.6 dB from 32 to 40 GHz. The 4-way power divider can also be manufactured to meet military specifications.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support fora 50 W, surface mount, directional coupler serving 14.5 to 19.7 GHz applications. The EMC Technology DN05Z15F provides a 15 dB coupling factor with only 0.5 dB insertion loss in the main band of 15 to 19 GHz. Directivity is a strong, 28 dB min. Maximum VSWR in the DN05Z15F main band is 1.3:1. As a purely passive device, reliability is assured. 
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for NXP’s BGA6130, a single stage MMIC amplifier offering 1 W (30 dBm) output power. Driven from a single, 3.6 V supply, the BGA6130 draws only 70 mA of current. Typical gain is approximately 15 dB and efficiencies >55% are achievable. The NXP BGA6130 features a simple quiescent current adjustment allowing class AB operation.
