Keysight Technologies Inc. introduced the industry’s highest bandwidth and lowest noise oscilloscope probe for making power integrity measurements to characterize DC power rails. The new Keysight N7020A power-rail probe specifications are tailored for a wide variety of DC power-rail measurements. Probe specifications include very low noise, a large ± 24-V offset range and 2-GHz bandwidth.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 6 GHz GaN SPDT switch supporting communications, EW, Radar and general purpose applications handling power levels up to 40 W.  The TGS2354-SM from TriQuint is packaged as a 4 x 4 mm QFN while the TGS2354 offers similar performance in DIE for hybrid applications. Switching speed for both is in the order of 50 nS.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. today announced the U2040 X-Series wide dynamic range power sensors, consisting of four USB models for wireless and radar applications, and a dedicated LAN model for satellite testing. With the world’s widest dynamic range found in a power sensor and extremely high measurement speed, the U2040 X-Series makes fast and accurate.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s TGM3015-SM, a 3 x 3 mm QFN packaged GaN transistor offering 10 W P3dB. Linear power gain is up to 17.1 dB within the 0.03 to 3.0 GHz bandwidth of this device. PAE3dB of the TGM3015-SM is >62% which typifies TriQuint GaN efficiency.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a pair of 5 GHz power amplifiers designed for 802.11a/n/ac WLAN applications.  TriQuint’s TQP5523 and TQP5525 are fully integrated modules with internal matching on both input and output ports. Both TriQuint devices run off 3.3 or 5 V Vcc and integrate a temperature compensated bias network.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for three 16 W power amplifiers from Wavelex.  The 50-ohm, unconditionally stable PAs operate from a single DC power supply and cover 1805 to 1880, 1930 to 1990, and 2110 to 2170 MHz frequency ranges - common bands for test and measurement applications.

Keysight Technologies Inc. introduced the B2980A Series of femto/picoammeters and electrometers, the world’s first graphical picoammeters and electrometers to confidently measure down to 0.01 fA which is 0.01 x 10^-15 A, and up to 10 petaohms (PΩ) which is 10 x 10¹⁵ ohms. The B2980A Series meters offers best-in-class performance, with a 2 pA to 20 mA operating range and an internal 1000 V source.

Keysight Technologies Inc. announced the market’s first TRX module with four full-duplex RFIO ports and other firmware enhancements for the E6640A EXM wireless test set. The TRX module sets a new industry standard, allowing manufacturers to test up to four connected devices with identical RFIO performance and therefore achieve maximum production throughput.

Passive Plus Inc. now offers an extended-value for the traditional NP0, Hi-Q 0505 and 1111 case sizes. These parts exhibit low ESR/ESL, low noise, high self-resonance as well as ultra-stable performance over temperature. Usually used for wireless broadcasting equipment, mobile base stations, GPS, MRI, and radar applications and offered in magnetic and non-magnetic terminations.
