The CMD231 is a wideband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier covering 2 to 6 GHz that offers high gain, single positive supply voltage, low current consumption, and small die size. It is ideally suited for communications systems needing small size and high linearity. The device operates from a +3 to +6 V supply. At 4 GHz, it delivers greater than 14.5 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +13.5 dBm and an output IP3 of 23.5 dBm.
