Southwest Antennas has released four L-Band 1.35 to 1.4 GHz, 2.15 dBi Ultra Flex Omni antennas, available with several RF connector options. These L-Band options complement the existing line of S & C Band Ultra Flex Omni Antennas. These small, lightweight, and rugged antennas are ideal for handheld radios, body-worn radios, wireless broadcast camera systems, UAV communication, and many other applications and are also available from 2.1 to 2.5 GHz and 5 to 6 GHz.

Custom MMIC has added another amplifier to its growing product line, the CMD233 2 to 20 GHz distributed low noise amplifier. The CMD233 is a GaAs MMIC distributed low noise amplifier that offers wide bandwidth, single positive supply voltage, low noise figure, and small die size. It is ideally suited for military, space, and communications systems that need a small size and low noise figure over a wide bandwidth. The device operates from a +3 to +6 V supply.
The Model MFC147 from Smiths Interconnect’s TRAK Microwave brand provides 13.75 to 14.50 GHz coverage for civilian and military aviation Ku-band SATCOM applications, including in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems and UAV communications. The unit features a ruggedized design and innovative thermal management technique to withstand challenging airborne environments. Input frequency to the block upconverter (BUC) is 950 to 1700 MHz, with Ku-band output of +12 to +17 dBm. 
Morion has released the new MV269, low noise OCXO in a small DIL14 package, measuring just 21 x 13 x 9.5 millimeters. Available 60 to 120 MHz, the MV269 has phase noise of -153 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and <-170 dBc/10 kHz; sinewave or HCMOS. Works at 5 or 3.3 V. Temperature stability at <5E-8 from 0° to 60° C; frequency adjustment for external synchronization provided, but due to <1E-7/year aging may work as a stand-alone unit.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TGA2239-CP high power MMIC amplifier offering 35 W of saturated CW output power for Ku-band applications. The Qorvo TGA2239-CP operates from 13.4 to 15.5 GHz with power added efficiency of >34% and small signal gain of 25.5 dB. Processed using GaN on SiC technology, the TGA2239-CP draws 900 mA from a 22 V supply.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGA2214-CP, a broadband, 2 to 18 GHz GaN amplifier. Providing 4 W of saturated output power, the TGA2214-CP offers 22 dB of small signal gain and 13 dB of large signal gain. PAE is specified at >15% and the bias requirements are 22 V with 600 mA. The TGA2214-CP finds applications in EW, radar and test and measurement.
