RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGA2214-CP, a broadband, 2 to 18 GHz GaN amplifier.
Providing 4 W of saturated output power, the TGA2214-CP offers 22 dB of small signal gain and 13 dB of large signal gain. PAE is specified at >15% and the bias requirements are 22 V with 600 mA.
The TGA2214-CP finds applications in EW, radar and test and measurement.
Qorvo offers this amplifier in a copper based, bolt-down package.
