Designed for use with Anritsu’s PIM Master,™ Spectrum Master™ and BTS Master™ handheld analyzers, the PIM Hunter test probe enables field professionals to use traditional interference hunting techniques.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for body worn antennas from Southwest Antennas. 1065-031 is a RHCP antenna while 1065-032 offers LHCP. Developed to offer high performance, rugged antenna options, the antenna radome housing is resistant to damage from drops and other potential abuse. Both 1065-031 and 1065-032 antennas are designed for use with handheld or body worn MIMO / MANET radio systems operating from 1350 to 1390 MHz.

Richardson RFPD, Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a silicon carbide power MOSFET from Wolfspeed, a Cree Company. The 1000 V, 65 mΩ C3M0065100K is in an optimized four-lead TO-247-4 package with a separate driver source pin. This package provides lower switching losses with minimal gate circuit ringing due to the Kelvin gate connection. The package features a notch between the drain and source pins.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a series of high-power SMT attenuators from ATC. The AT0603 Series provides virtually flat loss over a broad frequency spectrum and is ideal where low noise, low inductance and low parasitic capacitance is required. The film metallization provides stable characteristics over temperature and time.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity MMIC power doubler designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 CATV requirements. The Skyworks ACA1216 offers 27.5 dB typical gain at the upper end of its 50 to 1218 MHz frequency range. Ideal for hybrid fiber coax (HFC) equipment including line extenders, nodes, system amplifiers and headend equipment, the ACA1216 operates using 12 V and 725 mA.

SemiGen Inc. has added a series of new Schottky Diodes to its expanding product offerings. SemiGen silicon-based Schottky diodes utilize various metal schemes to provide excellent performance for low, medium and high barrier applications through 40 GHz. This series of schottky diodes feature small junction capacitances, low I/F noise, low resistance, and multi-junction chips for optimum performance.
