The TGF2977-SM provides 5 W of saturated power from 8 to 12 GHz for various applications including marine and weather radar, military radar and avionics. Operational to very low frequency, the recommended bias voltage is 32 V. The TGF2977-SM provides >50% PAE and small signal gain of >13 dB at mid X-band frequencies.

This range of high-density 2 Amp PXI multiplexers (40 - 614 family), available in 20 different configurations, was designed for signal routing in automatic test equipment (ATE) and data acquisition systems. The circulators, models SNW-7137630818-12-C1 and SNW-8138630818-12-C1, and isolators, models SNW-7137630818-12-I1 and SNW-8138630818-12-I1, provide a low insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum, a minimum isolation of 18 dB, and a short insertion length for system integration.
Berkeley Nucleonics released an ultra-low phase noise feature for their series of compact, portable, and 1 U rackmount microwave signal generators covering frequency ranges from 100 kHz up to 12, 20, and 26.5 GHz.
