Introducing flexible multi-function silicon ICs for mmW communication and sensing applications. The ICs are for active arrays intended for SATCOM, RADAR, and TDD/FDD applications. The devices have switchable outputs and can support half-duplex operation. The AWMF-0117 operates at 10.5 to 16 GHz and the AWMF-0116 operates at 26 to 30 GHz.

Specifications include maximum input power of +23 dBm CW, gain of +14 dB minimum. 19 dB maximum, gain flatness of ±2.0 dB max, noise figure of 4.0 dB typical, OP1dB +19 dBm minimum and VSWR 2.0:1 max. - measured 1.43:1/ 1.50:1. This amplifier is supplied with SMA female connectors in our standard PEC4 housing with gold plated finish.

Both switches offer fast, 8 nS switching time and high input linearity of 48 dBm IIP3.
