RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a pair of Peregrine Semiconductor, high frequency, silicon on insulator (SOI) switches. The PE42525 and PE426525 are SPDT switches operating from 9 KHz to 60 GHz. Both switches offer fast, 8 nS switching time and high input linearity of 48 dBm IIP3.

The PE42525 finds applications in test & measurement, microwave backhaul and communications systems with industry standard, -40 to +105 degrees C temperature ranges.

The PE426525 is targeted towards harsh industrial applications requiring extended temperature support from -55 to +125 degrees C. 

Fast switching time makes either switch ideal for radar applications. Typical insertion loss varies from 0.9 to 2.7 dB across the band, improving receiver sensitivity. Input 1 dB compression point at 30 GHz is 2 W; offering best in class power handling for wideband switches.

These Peregrine switches are offered in flip-chip DIE form and pin compatible to each other.
