Analog Devices, Inc. announces the LTC5552, a double balanced mixer that features best-in-class wideband matching from 3 to 20 GHz. The mixer can be used as an up- or downconverter.

AtlanTecRF launched its latest ultra broadband 500 MHz to 20 GHz digitally controlled PIN attenuator. This digital attenuator (ADA-500-2000-60/0.5) covers the whole frequency range from 500 MHz to 20 GHz and provides a minimum attenuation range of 60dB in 0.5dB steps with TTL control of 7 bits. Switching time is less than 200 nanoseconds and the input power handling capability is up to +25dBm.

PMI Model No. PS-360-3237-8-292FF is a high speed, millimeter wave, 8-bit digitally controlled, phase shifter that operates over the frequency range of 32.0 to 37.0 GHz. This phase shifter offers a low insertion loss of 13 dB typically and maintains a VSWR of 1.8:1. The total phase shift range is 358.593° having a step size of 1.406° and switches between states in less than 500 ns. 

PMI Model No. LM-618-10-1W-SHS-1-M is a high speed, high power limiter that operates from 6.0 to 18.0 GHz.  This limiter handles 100 W Peak Power with a pulse width of 1usec.  The insertion loss is only 1.5 dB typically and has a VSWR of 2.0:1 maximum.  This limiter is supplied in a small housing measuring only 0.5" x 0.5" x 0.22".

PMI Model No. EWDM-2G6G-65-70MV is a CW immune EW detector module operating over the 2.0 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. This module features an internal switch used to switch between the "Bit In" and RF In" with input blanking on both ports. In addition, two amplified RF outputs are provided a 7 dB gain channel and a 33 dB gain channel. The video output is designed to drive a 150 ft. cable, while maintaining high speed, and excellent accuracy.

PMI Model No. PSX-500M18G-60-SFF is a pin diode transfer switch that operates over the 500 MHz to 18 GHz frequency range.  Specifications include 60 dB minimum isolation, 3.0 dB maximum insertion loss, VSWR In/Out 1.9:1 maximum, +20 dBm CW maximum input power and 100 ns maximum switching speed. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration.

Pasternack has released a series of RF and microwave power amplifier accessories that includes heat sinks, heat sinks with cooling fans and power control cable assemblies.  Heat sinks are devices that enhance heat dissipation from a hot surface and are ideal for thermal management of power amplifiers in test and measurement applications. A functioning power amplifier will generate elevated levels of heat that needs to be properly dissipated. 

AtlanTecRF announced the launch of its APV Series of Phase Locked Voltage Controlled Oscillators. These compact oscillator units find application in communication systems as a high quality local oscillator with the ability to lock to a high stability external reference of 10 or 100 MHz. The fixed output frequency can be in the range from 10 MHz to 32 GHz and is at a minimum level of +13 dBm.

The LB480A is a 50 MHz to 8 GHz high dynamic range RF & Microwave Power Sensor. In addition to average power, the sensor makes triggered pulse measurements and provides a time domain plot of the pulse power profile. The sensor also makes statistical pulse measurements including peak and pulse power.
