RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Band 1 BAW duplexer filter. The Qorvo QPQ1282 supports Band 1 LTE, small cells, mobile routers and repeater designs with uplink pass band frequencies from 1920 to 1980 MHz and downlink pass band frequencies from 2110 to 2170 MHz. No external matching is necessary and the QPQ1282 offers 48 dB attenuation between bands. Power handling is 29 dBm.

PMI Model No. DLVA-8G10G75-50-SFF is an 8.0 to 10.0 GHz, detector log video amplifier. This unit has a dynamic range of -75 to 0 dBm, a log linearity of ±1.8 dB, and a log slope of 50 ± 4 mV/dB. Anokiwave, Inc. and Ball Aerospace announced a collaboration on May 9, 2017 that will enable the 5G wireless revolution. The collaboration accelerates mmWave 5G phased array developments with the introduction of a family of commercial, active phased array Innovator Kits. Included are kit offerings like the 64-element, 28 GHz AWMF-0129 enable improved mmWave 5G network efficiency and ease of developing commercial phased array antennas.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a DOCSIS 3.1 compliant amplifier from Qorvo. Gain, return loss and bias are externally adjustable on the Qorvo QPB7400. Matched to 75 ohms, this adjustable gain amplifier operates from 45 to 1218 MHz and has on-chip active bias for consistent and repeatable performance over temperature.

PMI Model No. PE2-500M18G-5R0-21-12-SFF is a 0.5 to 18.0 GHz, low noise amplifier that provides 24 dB min of gain while maintaining a maximum gain flatness of ±2.0 dB over the operating frequency.  The noise figure is 5.0 dB maximum and offers a typical OP1dB of 21 dBm.  The operating voltage is +12 to +15 VDC with a nominal current draw of 375 mA. 

AtlanTecRF has launched a plug-in 6U Loop Test Translator (LTT) for satcom RF testing.
