RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a GNSS LNA targeting small-form factor, low-power IoT applications. The Skyworks SKY65623-682LF is a discrete LNA optimized to operate from 1559 to 1606 MHz and designed for applications such as wearables, asset trackers, navigation devices and action cameras. Very low current consumption of 1 mA increases battery life of 1.8 V cell batteries. Gain is 16.5 dB while noise figure is 0.85 dB. 

PMI Model No. PDT-8G12G-40-515-SFF is an 8.0 to 12.0 GHz, 2 way high power switch that has an insertion loss of 2.0 dB maximum and a VSWR of 1.8:1 maximum. The operating power is +40 dBm CW average, +57 dBm 1 µs, 1% duty cycle with an isolation of 40 dB minimum.  Switching Speed 200 ns maximum - measured 100 ns, power supply requirements +5 V at 100 mA and -15 V at 60 mA.  Features include SMA female connectors.

PMI Model No. LM-10M2D5G-100CW-1KWP-SFF is a RF limiter that operates in the 10 MHz to 2.5 GHz frequency range.  This limiter can handle 100 W CW and 1 KW peak (1% duty cycle, 1 µs maximum pulse width) input power and provides a maximum leakage of +13 dBm CW input.  This module has a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB and a recovery time of 2 µs typical.

The SKY6629x-11 series includes eight models of high-efficiency (~35 percent at Pout = +28 dBm), 4 W amplifiers covering frequency bands from 700 to 3800 MHz. RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a broadband, high-isolation switch from Qorvo. Absorptive by design, the QPC6014 can handle up to 4 W of input power from 50 to 6000 MHz and 2 W from 5 to 50 MHz. Offered as a single-pole, single-throw (SPST), isolation ranges from 70 dB at lower frequencies to 43 dB at 4GHz.
