RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a GNSS LNA targeting small-form factor, low-power IoT applications. The Skyworks SKY65623-682LF is a discrete LNA optimized to operate from 1559 to 1606 MHz and designed for applications such as wearables, asset trackers, navigation devices and action cameras.

Very low current consumption of 1 mA increases battery life of 1.8 V cell batteries. Gain is 16.5 dB while noise figure is 0.85 dB. Offered in a 0.8 x 0.8 QFN package, the SKY65623-682LF is remarkably small and requires minimal external components thereby reducing PCB space requirements.
