PMI Model No. PE2-500M18G-5R0-21-12-SFF is a 0.5 to 18.0 GHz, low noise amplifier that provides 24 dB min of gain while maintaining a maximum gain flatness of ±2.0 dB over the operating frequency.  The noise figure is 5.0 dB maximum and offers a typical OP1dB of 21 dBm.  The operating voltage is +12 to +15 VDC with a nominal current draw of 375 mA. 

PMI Model No. PLNA-35-100M18G-P1dB24-120VAC is a portable amplifier that operates over the 100 MHz to 18.0 GHz frequency range.  This model provides 40 dB typical gain with a minimum OP1dB of +24 dBm, Gain Flatness: ±2.0 dB Typical, VSWR In/Out: 2.0:1 Typical and Noise Figure: 3 dB. This amplifier features an illuminated push button On/Off switch in a small package (3.0" x 3.0" x 1.75") with Type N connectors.  Gold plated finish.

Exodus Advanced Communications announced the release of their best in class SSPA model AMP3060—a 32 to 40 GHz, 10 W GaAs hybrid SSPA module. It provides 10 W CW Psat over the full bandwith 4 dB peak to peak flatness. This amplifier is designed for any application that requires wide band coverage such as EMI/RFI, Ka-Band radar, EW and high-power millimeter testing.

AR’s 20S6G18A and 40S6G18B are self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, Class A solid-state amplifiers designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and linearity are required. The Model 20S6G18A, when used with a sweep generator, will provide a minimum of 20 W of RF output power instantaneously from 6 to 18 GHz, while the 40S version delivers 40 W.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a GNSS LNA targeting small-form factor, low-power IoT applications. The Skyworks SKY65623-682LF is a discrete LNA optimized to operate from 1559 to 1606 MHz and designed for applications such as wearables, asset trackers, navigation devices and action cameras. Very low current consumption of 1 mA increases battery life of 1.8 V cell batteries. Gain is 16.5 dB while noise figure is 0.85 dB. 

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a series of high power amplifiers from Skyworks Solutions. The SKY6629x-11 series includes eight models of high-efficiency (~35 percent at Pout = +28 dBm), 4 W amplifiers covering frequency bands from 700 to 3800 MHz. Targeted for the fast growing enterprise small cell market, these 4 W PAs meet higher data rate and lower power consumption requirements for indoor and outdoor enterprise systems

Analog Devices, Inc., which recently acquired Linear Technology Corporation, announces the LTC6432-15, a wideband fully differential amplifier with 15 dB gain, offering linearity of up to +50.3 dBm OIP3 (output third-order intercept), very high OP1 dB (output 1 dB compression point) of +22.7 dBm and 3.2 dB noise figure at 150 MHz.

AR’s 20000SP1G2 broadband solid state microwave pulsed amplifier provides 20,000 W of output power from 1 to 2 GHz. It is designed for short pulse applications at low duty factors where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain are required. The amplifier can be used for a variety of applications in Test and Measurement, (including EMC RF pulse susceptibility testing), Industrial and University Research and Development, and Service applications.
