RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra low-noise amplifier with integrated bypass function. The Qorvo QPL9095 offers 0.6 dB noise figure and operates from 500 to 1000 MHz with 22 dB of gain.

PMI Model No. PE2-16-300M20G-1R7-15-12-SFF is a low noise amplifier that works from 300 MHz to 20 GHz. This amplifier has a very low noise figure over this broad frequency range. This low noise amplifier provides 16 dB of small signal gain while requiring only a single supply of +12 V. The P1dB output power of 15 dBm allows this low noise amplifier to function as a lo driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a multi octave bandwidth, GaN, solid state power amplifier from Aethercomm. model number SSPA 6.0-18.0-30 operates from 6 to 18 GHz and delivers 30 W (typ.) of saturated output power to the load. Typical small signal gain is 45 to 55 dB while typical power gain is 40 to 45 dB. A PA Enable Command is used to gate the PA on and off.

MACOM Technology Solutions Inc. announced its new MAGM series of GaN on Si-based MMIC power amplifiers (PA) optimized for massive MIMO antenna systems targeted for 5G wireless base station infrastructure.

PMI Model No. EQL-17D6G21D6G-2DB-292MF is a passive amplitude equalizer that operates over the frequency range of 17.6 to 21.6 GHz.  This unit has a maximum input power of 0.5 W CW and a maximum VSWR of 2.0:1. AMP1121 is a linear GaAs FET design that provides 30 W at 1 dB compression and 40 W saturated, with an instantaneous bandwidth from 6 to 18 GHz. The amplifier has 45 dB minimum power gain and 4 dB maximum peak-to-peak flatness when driven with a constant input of 0 dBm.
