The VX–706 is a new discrete VCXO in a 5 x 7 mm footprint with improved phase noise and jitter performance previously only available in a 9 x 14 mm package (VX–501). As board layouts become increasingly dense, VCXOs must meet performance specifications and deliver it in smaller package sizes. The new VX–706 supports this progression with improved phase noise performance.

Vectron’s VT-706 Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) in an industry standard four pin 7.0 x 5.0 mm package. Tight stabilities as low as +/-50 ppb can be achieved in this standard package, to support both legacy systems for backwards compatibility and newer designs where footprint compatibility with other precision oscillators remains a requirement.

Vectron International offers a complete line of Military QPL Clock Oscillators over the temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The MIL–PRF–55310 oscillators are offered in hermetically sealed metal and ceramic packages and are qualified as Type 1 Class 2 Oscillators, using microelectronic (hybrid) technology. The product is B level screened for use in high reliability applications.

The MD–261 module has an embedded 34 channel receiver that is both GPS and GLONASS compatible. and provides an LVCMOS 10 MHz and 1 pps output. An onboard OCXO or High Precision TCXO is available dependent on performance requirements. The module operates from −40°C to +85°C, and is capable of providing a holdover of 1.5 µs over 2 hours over a ±2°C temperature window.

The MD−223 OCXO is offered in a 22 x 25 mm footprint and capable of unprecedented stability for an oscillator of this cost, size and power consumption. The I²C interface provides customers control of the oscillator with digital tuning for further correction and stability improvement during holdover. This product is ideal for base stations, test and measurement and synthesizer applications, where performance can be improved with an existing package footprint.

Vectron's VT–704 Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) 0.5ppm 5 to 52MHz, Clipped sine wave or CMOS output, analog temperature compensated oscillator in an industry standard four pin 7.0 x 5.0 mm package. Tight stability in the 7050 package continues to be a requirement for both legacy systems for backwards compatibility but also in newer designs where footprint compatibility with other oscillators remains a requirement.

The OX–204 is an Ultra Low Noise OCXO designed for applications that have a need for uncompromised phase noise performance in a 1" x 1" package. The OX–204 achieves a close in phase noise performance of −140dBc/Hz at the 10Hz offset with a phase noise floor of <-175dBc/Hz.

The VX-504 is a low g-sensitivity VCXO that offers a g-sensitivity of 0.3ppb/g, with jitter performance of 60fsec over the offset bandwidth of 12kHz to 20MHz. It is available up to 160MHz and is ideal for industrial and harsh environment conditions.

The OX–070 is a high stability ovenized crystal oscillator in a miniature atomic clock compatible footprint, capable of aging rates of 0.06 ppb/day and temperature stabilities of 1ppb over the industrial temperature range. Driven by an SC–cut crystal, the OX–070 has twice the temperature range, similar aging and temperature performance of the miniature atomic clocks. It also has better Allan Deviation and phase noise than commercially available miniature atomic clocks, at a tenth of the cost.

The PX–571 is a precision crystal oscillator that achieves tight stabilities in low voltage applications over the military temperature range of -55 to 125°C. The product incorporates a 4 point crystal mount making it ideal for ruggedized environmental applications. It features a frequency range of 1 to 125 MHz, it is fully RoHs compliant, has no pure tin in it and is surface-mount/low profile.

Vectron International announces the VC-826 differential XO in a 3225 (3.2 x 2.5 mm) package. The VC-826 XO is designed to support applications that require low jitter (under 200 fsec) at standard frequencies from 20 to 170 MHz. The VT-820 Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) is a quartz stabilized, clipped sine wave output, analog temperature compensated oscillator, operating off either 2.8, 3.0 or 3.3 volt supply, hermetically sealed 3.2 x 2.5 ceramic package.

The TX–707 Series TCXO combines innovative manufacturing and the latest technology to provide low phase noise and excellent g–sensitivity. The fully hermetic assembly includes a dual crystal circuit to cancel opposing g–sensitivity vectors enclosed in a 5x7 mm ceramic package.

The MX–503 TCXO is a Ultra High Stability MCXO that uses Vectron's ultra–smooth compensation algorithms to achieve stabilities of ±30 ppb over the extended commercial temperature range of –20 to 70°C. The MX–503 fills the gap between standard TCXO and OCXO product offerings while reducing power consumption without sacrificing performance.

The OX-200 oven controlled crystal oscillator includes features such as reflow process compatiblity, AT-cut and SC-cut crystal options, low profile compact package,excellent stability versus cost performance and SMD optional.

The OX–205 is an ultra-low phase noise ovenized crystal oscillator with a noise floor as low as –176 dBc/Hz in a compact 1" x 1" enclosure. This product is designed for applications that demand extremely low noise sources, including a reference oscillator for a phase–locked loop in the microwave spectrum.
