The National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO), headquartered in Charlottesville, Va., and Mini-Circuits, headquartered in Brooklyn, N.Y., have entered into a licensing agreement to permit the use of NRAO-developed technology in a new suite of commercial electronics products.

This model provides 23 dB isolation, 0.35 dB amplitude unbalance and 4° phase unbalance.  It also achieves good VSWR of 1.15:1 (ports 1-8) and is capable of passing up to 1.2A DC current (150 mA each port) from input to output.

Mini Circuits ZFRSC-4-842+ is a 4 way power divider that operates from DC to 8.4 GHz. It handles up to 0.16 W of input power and has an amplitude unbalance of 0.3 dB, a VSWR of 1.15:1. It is available in a rugged connectorized case with SMA connectors. The ZFRSC-4-842+ is ideal for use in the laboratory and for test and measurement applications.

Mini-Circuits GVA-91+ (RoHS compliant) is an advanced wideband amplifier fabricated using GaAs HBT technology, offering high gain and excellent power output with excellent power added efficiency in application bands. Lead finish is tin-silver over nickel. It has repeatable performance from lot to lot. Features include high power, 29.5 dBm typ. at 920 MHz, high gain, 20.4 dB typ. and high power added efficiency.

The ZX60-183A+ two-stage amplifier provides 28 dB gain in a very small package, only 0.75" x 0.74" x 0.46" high. Internal compensating circuitry provides a consistent, very flat response over the full bandwidth. Designed for 50 Ω SMA coax systems, the gold-plated package uses convenient 5 V DC power, and has a nickel-plated brass cover and unibody construction for rugged use.
