Times Microwave Systems has recently announced the availability of the EZ-500-NMH-X type N no-solder male (plug) straight connector for LMR-500 low loss coaxial cable. The new crimp-style connector does not require soldering of the center conductor into the contact making it perfect for field installations and they also do not require braid trimming!  The EZ-500-NMH-X is compatible with the CST-500 cable prep tool and the HX-4 (with Y151 dies) crimp tool.

TFT-LFcables from Times Microwave Systems are an alternative low cost solution compared to semi-flexible (solder braid) coax and RG type coax for RF interconnects in applications up to 3 GHz.

Times Microwave Systems has added two new 6 port entrance panels to its offering of the Times-Protect Smart-Panel, series, the most revolutionary concept in shelter and base station entrance panels to ever come along. Times Microwave Systems announced that 716 DIN connectors have now been added to the offering for its SPP-250-LLPL (SuperFlexible Plenum Pim) 50 Ohm low loss plenum rated coaxial cable assemblies for use in distributed antenna system (DAS) applications. SPP-250-LLPL is a ¼” superflexible type corrugated cable with low density PTFE dielectric and FEP jacket that meets the requirements of UL 910 for plenum applications.

Times Microwave Systems has extended its product warranty for its world class line of Times-Protect® lightning protection products. In addition to the standard warranty, Times now offers to replace any Times-Protect® lightning protector free of charge during the warranty period if it’s damaged or destroyed in a lightning strike while protecting the RF equipment.

The Times-Protect® LP-GPX-05-T high performance lightning protector from Times Microwave Systems is an exceptional DC pass design for protection of GPS receivers requiring up to 5 V dc power to be supplied on the center pin for L1, L2 and L3 bands.
