2-Way 90° hybrid coupler - The QH9056 is a 4-port, hybrid coupler covering the full 30 to 520 MHz band. This stripline unit is designed for amplifiers and radios in the VHF/UHF band. Conservatively rated at 400 W CW, this unit eliminates ferrites and will withstand severe input unbalances. Low profile, fully bonded, and highly repeatable.
Designed for 868MHz and 902 to 928MHz AMR solutions, RFMD’s new RF6549 features separate ports for Rx and Tx paths, and two ports on the output for connecting a diversity solution or a test port. The PA section includes a nominal output power of 28 dBm. The device comes in a 6 mm x 6 mm, 32-pin package.
