The new models include a unique E-band option for testing and verifying the efficiency of passive components during manufacturing, and a high performing 20 and 40 GHz Microwave option.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGF2965-SM, 50 ohm, input-matched transistor. The TGF2965-SM offers 5 W of output power from 30 to 3000 MHz. Qorvo’s TGF2965-SM can be tuned for either power or efficiency and performance of both is exceptional. Typical PAE at 2 GHz is 63%. Linear gain is measured at 18 dB. Operating from a 32 V supply, this transistor is capable of both CW and pulsed performance.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a GaAs MMIC low-noise, wideband amplifier from Analog Devices Inc. The HMC753LP4E operates between 1 and 11 GHz, providing up to 16.5 dB of small signal gain, 1.5 dB noise figure, and output IP3 of +30 dBm, while requiring only 55 mA from a +5 V supply. The P1dB output power of up to +18 dBm enables the LNA to function as an LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers.

The Bluetooth option enables the U8903B to make high-performance Bluetooth audio testing for R&D, quality assurance and production tests in the consumer and professional audio and wireless communication industries.The U8903B operates with Bluetooth version 4.0 and supports AGHSP/HSP 1.2, AGHFP/HFP 1.6, A2DP and AVRCP profiles.
Aaronia´s new 3D RF Tracking Antenna IsoLOG 3D includes a high density, customizable LPDA sector array. A total of at least 8 and up to 36 LPDA antennas, for horizontal and for vertical polarization can be integrated. The introduction of this capability further advances Keysight’s leadership position in IBIS-AMI SerDes channel simulation. The TGF2952, TGF2953 and TGF2954 are designed using Qorvo’s proven TQGaN25 production process that features advanced field plate techniques to optimize microwave power and efficiency at high drain bias operating conditions. The HEMTs feature maximum power added efficiency levels that make them appropriate for high efficiency applications.
Custom MMIC has expanded its standard product portfolio with three frequency multipliers/doublers. The Multiplier family now covers output frequencies from 8 to 40 GHz, with both passive and active architectures. The CMD213 active multiplier offers high output power for driving mixers directly, while the CMD226 and the CMD227 passive counterparts offer low phase noise with a lower output power.
Berkeley Nucleonics has enhanced the 7000 series of fully automated signal source analyzers and extended the measurement capability to 26 GHz. In addition to measuring absolute phase noise on a large variety of CW sources with offsets from 0.01 Hz to 50 MHz, the 7000 series performs residual and absolute phase noise characterization of CW and pulsed signals, transient analysis and VCO characterization.
