Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a new bi-directional surface-mount coupler from Innovative Power Products, Inc. The IPP-8036 is one of the featured surface-mount products from IPP’s full line of dual directional couplers. It is a 300 W, 50 dB dual directional coupler that operates from 20 MHz to 1000 MHz.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 2-stage low noise amplifier (LNA) with integrated bypass switch in the second stage. Operating from 1.5 to 3.8 GHz, the Qorvo TQL9065 provides 0.5 dB noise figure and up to 36 dB of gain through the internal amplifiers. When gain is not needed, the bypass switch automatically turns off the LNA for power savings.

MECA offers fixed attenuators available up to 90 dB with N-male/female configuration covering all commercial wireless bands up to 2.5 GHz.  Indoor/outdoor use with 2 W average (1 kW peak) power handling. Standard attenuation values of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 & 90 dB available from stock.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE41901 mixer. The PE41901 is a MMIC, image reject mixer solution based on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS  technology. Incorporating two mixers, an LO path 90 degree coupler and RF port baluns, the PE41901 offers up to 38 dB LO-RF isolation for reduced filtering requirements.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Rosenberger Rmor™ style cable assemblies. Designed for rugged environments and outdoor usage. The R71-32+S132+S1-00457 is 18 inches in length and operates to 36 GHz with Rosenberger’s SMA+ connectors compatible with standard SMA, 3.5 mm and 2.92 mm connectors. Return loss is a minimum of 18 dB while insertion loss is only 0.75 dB/ft.
