Skyworks introduces its latest family of LTE broadband low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) targeting global cellular and M2M applications. These modules deliver low noise figure, excellent return loss and high-linearity performance along with high-gain and bypass modes. 

Pasternack has just launched a new series of coaxial surge protectors.  They are are available with 7/16 DIN, Type-N and 4.3-10 connectors and feature VSWR as low as 1.1:1, max power as high as 2 kW, multi-strike capability, low insertion loss and support a frequency range of DC to 6 GHz.

RFMW Ltd. announces support for switches from RFuW Engineering. Three SP2T switches are available in the MSW2T-203X-192 series: MSW2T-2030-192 operates from 50 MHz to 1 GHz; MSW2T-2031-192 operates from 400 MHz to 4 GHz, and MSW2T-2032-192 operates from 2 GHz to 6 GHz.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high-power GaN transistor from Qorvo. The QPD1025 offers 1563 W of P3 dB RF power from 1000 to 1100 MHz, satisfying IFF transponders and other avionics applications. 65 V operation offers higher efficiency (77.4% PAE.)
