Available in either a flanged or earless Gemini package as the T1G4020036-FL and T1G4020036-FS respectively, the devices provide two independent 120 W paths. Linear gain measures 16 dB at 2.9 GHz. A low thermal resistance base material supports applications in RADAR, communications and avionics.

Metrigraphics announces the capability to develop Extreme Resolution Micro Flex (ERMF) Circuits for medical sensor applications, including various in body and fluid sensors. Using additive photolithographic processes, ERMF circuits can be manufactured with traces and spaces as small as 5µm. They can also be delivered in complex, high-resolution shapes and patterns.

The TGA2595 supports VSAT and SatCom applications from 27.5 to 31 GHz. 24% power added efficiency highlights this multi-stage amplifier which draws 280 mA from a 20 V supply. The TriQuint TGA2595 offers 39.5 dBm mid-band saturated output power with small signal gain of 23 dB.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks SMV2026 series of hyperabrupt tuning varactor diodes. The SMV2026-079LF is offered in the SC-79 package while a smaller, SOD-882 package if available for space constrained layouts. Low series resistance of 0.5 ohm at 5 V typifies this Skyworks varactor series and enables low phase noise in wideband VCO designs.

The PE43705 offers an extremely wide operational frequency range of 50 MHz to 8 GHz. Internal circuitry manages unequal ON/OFF switch times providing a “glitch safe” design by eliminating the unknown attenuation issue that plagues other DSAs.
Richardson RFPD Inc. announces that it is accepting orders for five new discrete GaN transistors from TriQuint. The new discrete gallium nitride (GaN) on silicon carbide (SiC) high-electron-mobility transistors (HEMTs) offer a range of pulsed output power covering 10 to 285 W, with operating ranges from DC to 6 GHz.
