RFE’s broadband VCO’s are designed to meet the challenges of today’s military, industrial, and commercial markets.  The hybrid designs incorporate Silicon Bipolar Transistors and Hyperabrupt Varactor Tuning Diodes to give broad bandwidths, reduced phase noise and low post tuning drift. RFE can offer any possible frequency output from 500 MHz to 20 GHz with octave bandwidths available. 

Pasternack has unveiled a  line of compact waveguide Gunn diode oscillators that are tunable and generate signal levels that exhibit low phase noise at popular K and Ka band frequencies. Gunn diode oscillators incorporate high performance devices and machined aluminum cavities.  These oscillators exhibit excellent frequency and power stability, lower phase noise and higher anti-load pulling characteristics.

The SKY68001-31 is a hybrid, multi-band multi-chip RF front-end (RFFE) module supporting cellular LTE CatM1/CATNB1 (half-duplex system) transceiver platforms. The module integrates the entire RF front end necessary for an LTE multi-band radio operating in low-band B5/B8/B12/B13/B17/B18/B19/B20/B26 and mid-band B1/B2/B3/B4/B25/B39/B66 frequencies.

Analog Devices Inc. announces the LTC7004, a high speed, high side N-channel MOSFET driver that operates up to a 60 V supply voltage. Its internal charge pump fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, enabling it to remain on indefinitely. 

PMI Model No. PSX-500M18G-60-SFF is a pin diode transfer switch that operates over the 500 MHz to 18 GHz frequency range.  Specifications include 60 dB minimum isolation, 3.0 dB maximum insertion loss, VSWR In/Out 1.9:1 maximum, +20 dBm CW maximum input power and 100 ns maximum switching speed. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration.

Universal Switching Corporation (uswi.com), a leading manufacturer of signal switching and distribution products, has announced an enhancement to its field proven rugged DC-800MHz Series 7000 relay module product line. The Series E7000 "SMART" Relay Modules offer a simple and efficient way to power and control the relay. This is because a 10/100 Ethernet port is integrated directly on the module which also includes PoE capability (Power Over Ethernet).
