Anritsu Corp. is pleased to announce the release of its High Performance Waveguide Mixer MA2806A to expand millimeter-wave measurement solutions. Connecting the new MA2806A to Anritsu’s Signal Analyzer MS2830A supports spectrum measurements in the 50 to 75 GHz band (V-band) currently used by various millimeter-wave sensors, WiGig Gigabit Wireless LAN (802.11ad), and broadcast video camera streaming equipment.

Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) model CLV1625B-LF. The CLV1625B-LF operates at 1445 to 1820 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 2 to 25 Vdc. This high performance VCO features a spectrally clean signal of -105 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 23 MHz/V. The CLV1625B-LF is designed to deliver 0.5±2.5 dBm of output power into a 50 Ω load while operating off a 5 Vdc supply.

Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) model USSP3300-LF in the S-band. The USSP3300-LF operates from 3050 to 3550 MHz within a tuning voltage range of 0 to 5 Vdc. This remarkable VCO features phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset while operating off a 3Vdc supply and typically drawing only 13 mA of current. The low cost USSP3300-LF provides the end user an output power of 1±3 dBm into a 50Ω load. 

Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) model TRO1800A-LF. The TRO1800A-LF is the first in a line of Ceramic Resonator VCOs which saves precious board space while delivering exceptional phase noise performance. This innovative VCO covers the frequency of 1800 MHz within a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc while featuring a spectrally clean signal of -117 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.

Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) model CRO6800Z-LF. The CRO6800Z-LF operates at 6800 MHz within a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc. This high performance VCO features a remarkably clean spectral signal of -104 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 18 MHz/V. The CRO6800Z-LF is designed to deliver +5 dBm of output power into a 50Ω load.

This high performance VCO features a spectrally clean signal of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and covers the band with a typical tuning sensitivity of 4 MHz/V.

Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant fixed frequency synthesizer model SFS12000H-LF. The high performance SFS12000H-LF is designed to generate an output signal at 12 GHz while being fixed to an external 100 MHz reference oscillator. This X-Band PLL is further heightened by delivering exceptional phase noise performance of -98 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and -103 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.

Z-Communications Inc. announces a RoHS compliant voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) model USSP1570-LF in the L-band. The USSP1570-LF operates from 1540 to 1600 MHz with the narrow tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 2.5 Vdc. This miniaturized VCO features phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset while operating off a 2.7 Vdc supply and drawing a mere 6 mA of current.

Custom MMIC has expanded its standard product portfolio with three frequency multipliers/doublers. The Multiplier family now covers output frequencies from 8 to 40 GHz, with both passive and active architectures. The CMD213 active multiplier offers high output power for driving mixers directly, while the CMD226 and the CMD227 passive counterparts offer low phase noise with a lower output power.

Custom MMIC, a leading developer of performance driven monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), has added a SPDT switch to their rapidly growing standard product portfolio - the CMD230.The CMD230 is a general-purpose, broadband, high-isolation reflective MMIC SPDT switch in die form. Covering DC to 26 GHz, it features low insertion loss of 1.4 dB, Input IP3 of 37 dBm and high isolation of 40 dB at 13 GHz.
