The ISO13316 is ideal for high reliability space, satellite, and defense applications. The device performs with 45 dB isolation at 2 GHz and low loss of 1.1 dB at 6 GHz. The ISO13316 die is produced with Skyworks' GaAs pHEMT process that has shown radiation tolerance to 100 kRad.

The IQOV-162 Series of OCXOs is offered in 14.4 mm x 9.5 mm x 6.5 mm SMD metal can packages. Standard frequencies include 10, 12.8, 19.2, 20, and 38.88 MHz, with either an HCMOS or sinewave output. OCXOs also feature phase noise performance better than -150 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz.)
Model SKD-9031045030-1010-R1 is a W-Band single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch that operates from 90 to 100 GHz. It has better than 30 dB isolation and 5 dB typical insertion loss over the entire frequency range. The power handling and input P-1 dB of the switch is +23 dBm CW. This model has a built-in TTL driver which provides 2 us switching speed. The required bias for the switch is +/- 5 Vdc/10 mA.
