Tuning voltage is 0 to 16 Vdc.

These CMOS, complementary MOSFET switches have clocked speeds of <200 nSec for rise and fall times. Allowing source and drain voltages from 28 to 80 V, the XSYSTOR switch is compatible with standard and high voltage GaN amplifiers and transistors.
The EDPLO-4000 series phase-locked dielectric resonator oscillator (PLDRO) from Exodus Dynamics externally locks to a 10 MHz reference to achieve crystal stability up to millimeter wave frequencies. The Skyworks SKY13575-639LF supports access points and CPEs along with WLAN test and measurement equipment. Frequency coverage is from 100 MHz to 6 GHz with a maximum insertion loss of 1.4 dB. Isolation ranges from 26 to 40 dB and the SKY13575-639LF can handle up to 32 dBm of input power.

The family features the SKY13522-644LF SPDT, the SKY13523-639LF SP3T and SKY13524-639LF SP4T. All 3 switches support operation from 700 to 3000 MHz. Designed using SOI processing, these switches consume less than 10 uA of current. Built-in decoders limit the number of GPIO lines needed for control.

Designed for land mobile radio (LMR) and cellular infrastructure up to 1 GHz, the PE4152 offers two operating modes: LO enable and LO bypass. LO enable provides 25 dBm IIP3 with 52 dBm IIP2. LO bypass provides 24 dBm IIP3 with 46 dBm IIP2. Both modes provide low conversion loss of 6.5dB.
