The Skyworks SKY13585-679LF supports transmit/receive applications from 1 to 6 GHz such as WLAN networks, WiFi, repeaters, ISM band radios, Bluetooth and connectivity modules. Capable of operating from 1.8 or 3.3 V control logic without degrading power handling, the SKY13585-679LF has a P0 .1 dB point of 31 dBm.

The Qorvo QPC1022 is designed for low distortion requirements in LTE infrastructure, repeaters and data cards operating from 5 to 6000 MHz. Isolation between RF ports is 39 dB while insertion loss is only 0.25 dB.

The CMD234C4 is a DC-18 GHz broadband MMIC SP3T switch featuring a low insertion loss of 2.4 dB and a high isolation of 40 dB at 10 GHz. The CMD235C4 is a DC-18 GHz broadband MMIC SP5T switch offering broadband performance with an insertion loss of 2.5 dB and high port-to-port isolation of 40 dB at 10 GHz.
Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a silicon carbide power MOSFET from Wolfspeed, a Cree Company. According to Wolfspeed, the C2M0045170D is the industry’s first 1700 V, 45 mΩ SiC MOSFET. It offers high-speed switching with low capacitances, avalanche ruggedness, fast intrinsic diode with low reverse recovery (Qrr), and it is easy to parallel and simple to drive.
Model SFS-73336315-12SFKF-E1-M is an E Band sub-harmonically pumped mixer that utilizes high performance GaAs MMIC chips to offer superior RF performance. The required LO frequency and power are 35 to 38 GHz and +16 dBm, respectively. The mixer exhibits 15 dB nominal conversion loss in the RF frequency band of 70 to 76 GHz. The amplitude unbalance is within ±1 dB and phase unbalance is ±20 degrees typically. IF frequency bandwidth is from DC to 5 GHz.

The PE42421 operates from 10 MHz to 3 GHz with insertion loss as low as 0.35 dB and isolation as high as 30 dB between ports. The input 1 dB compression point is dependent on voltage and as high as 33.5 dBm. Input IP3 is 55 dBm. Peregrine’s PE42421 low cost switch finds applications in RFID, home networking, small cells and WiFi.
Skyworks introduced two RF switches ideal for the Internet of Things applications including the connected home. The SKY13587-378LF, which is a pHEMT GaAs SPDT switch, can be used for transmit and receive switching in industrial, lighting and smart energy applications, as well as 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN networks. The SKY13588-460LF is a CMOS silicon-on-insulator SP3T switch made for antenna selection in Wi-Fi applications in IoT systems.
Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a passive switch from MACOM Technology Solutions Inc. The MADP-011048 uses silicon PIN diodes in a non-magnetic surface mount package. There are two sets of diode pairs, constructed in an electrically-isolated, anti-parallel configuration, that operate from 5 to 400 MHz. MADP-011048 is well suited for MRI passive switching applications.
