RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a SPDT RF switch with input IP3 (IIP3) of 76 dBm and second harmonic of -106 dBc at 1980 MHz. The Qorvo QPC1022 is designed for low distortion requirements in LTE infrastructure, repeaters and data cards operating from 5 to 6000 MHz. Isolation between RF ports is 39 dB while insertion loss is only 0.25 dB. The QPC1022 can handle input power levels up to 33 dBm and operates of a 3 to 5 V supply.

Qorvo offers the QPC1022 in a 1.1 x 1.5 mm package.
