PMI Model No. PE2-34-2G18G-3R5-15-SFF-VVG-DD is a voltage variable gain amplifier with integrated diode detector operating over the frequency range of 2.0 to 18.0 GHz.  This amplifier is supplied in our standard PE2 housing that can be used as SMA connectorized or as a surface mount component.  It is optimized for 5.5 to 18.0 GHz

PMI Model No. PE2-22-2G4D2G-3R0-19-12-SFF is a 2.0 to 4.2 GHz, low noise amplifier that has a typical gain of +21.5 dB and maintains a gain flatness of +/-1.0 dB max.  It has a maximum noise figure of 3.0 dB and offers an OP1 dB of +19 dBm min.  The unit requires +12 to +15 VDC with a nominal current draw of 320 mA.

PMI Model No. PE2-12-2G4D2G-5R0-17-12-SFF is a 2.0 to 4.2 GHz, low noise amplifier that has a typical gain of +12 dB and maintains a gain flatness of +/-1.0 dB max.  It has a maximum noise figure of 5.0 dB and offers an OP1 dB of +17 dBm min. The unit requires +12 to +15 VDC with a nominal current draw of 230 mA.

The TriQuint TGA2731-SM contains an integrated attenuator and power detector. Self-biasing circuitry allows operation from a single, 6 V supply. The TGA2731-SM’s linear power gain is >24dB.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a fully integrated, 50 ohm digital variable gain amplifier from TriQuint. The TQC9312 combines an amplifier + DSA + amplifier into a module that includes matching circuits, bias chokes, bypass and blocking capacitors making the TQC9312 a drop-in solution requiring no external components.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 36.5 dBm GaN power amplifier serving 27 to 31 GHz applications in SatCom, Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint radios. The TriQuint TGA2594-HM is a hermetic, 7 x 7 mm QFN packaged device with 25 dB small signal gain and 35 dBc IM3.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a medium power, high gain amplifier using TriQuint GaN technology. The TGA2597-SM offers 32 dB of saturated output power using a 25 V bias and drawing only 40 mA. This biasing voltage makes the TGA2597-SM compatible with TriQuint’s high power amplifiers

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s TGA2598-SM, a 33 dBm Psat GaN driver amplifier. The TGA2598-SM offers 25 dB small signal gain from two internal gain stages housed in a 4 x 4 mm, air-cavity ceramic QFN package. Covering 6 to 12 GHz, the TGA2598-SM offers >25% power added efficiency.
