Coilcraft’s new 0805USBN series common mode chokes measure just 2.0 mm x 1.2 mm, with a maximum height of 0.93 mm, making them the lowest profile 0805 common mode chokes available.

Coilcraft's new SLR Family of high current, shielded power inductors is offered with current ratings up to 100 amps and inductance values from 85 to 370 nH, making it suitable for high frequency applications such as multi-phase VRM/VRD/EVRD regulators, Intel™ IMVP compatible systems, and GPUs/video graphic cards. The inductors also feature a tight DCR tolerance (±5.4% to ±10%) for lossless, inductor DCR-based current sensing.

Coilcraft will be highlighting their newly expanded line of BCL/BCR Series conical inductors at IMS 2015 next week in Phoenix, Arizona. The products are offered in two configurations. The BCR Series has a full-length cap to protect the coil and provide a large surface for pick and place. The BCL Series features “flying leads” to allow precise positioning and adjustment of the mounting angle.

Coilcraft’s new RFC family of leaded power inductors offer a low-cost, high-efficiency option for power supply applications. They are offered in three performance levels: the RFC0807 Series, the RFC0810 Series and the RFC1010 Series.

Coilcraft's new AGP4233 series shielded power inductors offer a unique combination of high current handling and high inductance, making them ideal for high-current power supply and filtering applications such as those used in electric vehicle start-stop systems.

 Coilcraft has launched an all-new RF Inductor Finder web tool that allows users to search and compare inductors based on their exact operating frequency, rather than just datasheet test frequencies. 

 Coilcraft’s POE300F Series flyback transformers are designed to meet IEEE 802.3at-2009 standards for PoE Plus applications up to 30 W. 

Coilcraft's XFL6012 series of shielded power inductors combine excellent current handling and exceptionally low DC resistance in a rugged, low-profile package. Measuring just 6.56 x 6.36 mm with a maximum height of only 1.2 mm, the XFL6012 Series provides exceptionally low DC resistance (7.06 mOhms) and current ratings as high as 14.3 Amps.

Coilcraft Inc. recently delivered two sets of Power Magnetics Parts Cabinets to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. The parts will be used in Professor Philip Krein’s undergraduate- and graduate-level Power Electronics Labs.
