 Teledyne LeCroy introduces the WaveSurfer 3000 series of oscilloscopes featuring the MAUI advanced user interface. 

Teledyne LeCroy announces the expansion of the popular WaveStation series of function/arbitrary waveform generators to include three new models with bandwidth up to 160 MHz and 500 MS/s sample rate — over three times more bandwidth and four times more sample rate than the existing models. The new WaveStation 3000 models come with a larger 4.3” color display, intuitive front panel, two output channels, and PC waveform editing software.

Teledyne LeCroy introduces the HDO4000-MS and HDO6000-MS high definition oscilloscopes which combine 16 channels of flexible mixed signal capabilities with HD4096 high definition technology, long memory, and a compact form factor, in bandwidths from 200 MHz to 1 GHz. All HDO models sport a large 12.1” touch-screen display and intuitive interface to enhance operation. Powerful debug tools, plus a full complement of automatic measurements, and waveform math capabilities turn the HDO-MS oscilloscope into an all-in-one analog, digital, serial debug machine.

Teledyne LeCroy, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc., demonstrated the world's first 100 GHz real-time oscilloscope by successfully acquiring and displaying live signals at 100 GHz bandwidth. This demonstrated performance dramatically exceeds currently available capabilities.
