Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for two series of precision tolerance, NP0 RF microwave capacitors from American Technical Ceramics Corp. (ATC). The high-frequency, low-loss (Hi-Q) 400L series and 400S series capacitors feature a precision thin-film process that provides reliable and repeatable performance, and high series resonant frequency.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support fora 50 ohm absorptive switch from TriQuint. The TQC0015 internal terminations can handle a maximum CW power of up to 2 W. This performance is enhanced with an enable-pin functionality and compatibility with 1.8 or 3.3 V control signals, making the TQC0015 useful in small cell applications.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Rosenberger’s 15K101-40ME4 Micro-RF test switch connector. The 15K101-40ME4 Micro-RF test switch is an ultra-miniature (1.8 mm x 1.9 mm, height 1.5 mm), low-cost, surface mount, coax "switch” connector for the verification of antenna/circuit performance in any kind of small device.

The HA7062 is a fully integrated phase noise analyzer. It utilizes the same core engine from our model HA7402B along with a pair of HSM Series RF synthesizers. The stability of the agile synthesizers operating as LO sources for the high speed, cross-correlation core enables an extremely reliable phase noise analyzer.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support fortwo 45 W GaN on SiC transistors from TriQuint. The T1G4004532-FL (flanged) and T1G4004532-FS (earless) are wideband, DC to 3.5 GHz devices offering 17 dB of gain, nearly twice that of competing GaN devices. Both transistors are input matched for S-band operation and operate from a 32 V supply.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announces availability and full design support capabilities for a wideband, 20 W load RF termination from Wavelex. The WLD000130A1 offers wide frequency band operation, from DC to 13.0 GHz and features 20 W continuous wave (CW) power handling. It is versatile for a range of applications, including satellite communications, broadcast, RF bench test, and mobile base station.

For SATCOM on-the-move (SOTM) terminals, Renaissance has designed a compact low loss isolator with K-connectors to support the bandwidth requirement of 27.35 to 31.7 GHz. The power handling on this model is 10 W forward and 1 W reverse, but this package can be customized for up to 50 W forward and 10 W reverse.

For SATCOM on-the-move (SOTM) terminals, Renaissance has designed a compact low loss isolator with K-connectors to support the bandwidth requirement of 27.5 to 30.5 GHz. The power handling on this model is 10 W forward and 1 W reverse but this package can be customized for up to 50 W forward and 10 W reverse.

To protect space communication payload electronics, Renaissance has designed a 26.5 GHz microstrip isolator. The main features include compact size, low loss and high isolation. This device meets all of NASA's outgassing requirements. Some of the benefits include the capability of being used for space or harsh environments, protection of expensive amplifier circuits and optimization for space constrained applications.

MECA's new compact low PIM (-160 dBc typ) 50 W loads with extended power handling capabilities feature industry leading PIM performance of -155 dBc min, all while handling full rated power to 85° C. All of the terminations cover 0.698 to 2.7 GHz in 7/16 DIN, Type N and 4.1/9.5 (mini-DIN) connectors. VSWR = 1.10:1 typ and 1.20:1 min.
