RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support fora 50 ohm absorptive switch from TriQuint. The TQC0015 internal terminations can handle a maximum CW power of up to 2 W. This performance is enhanced with an enable-pin functionality and compatibility with 1.8 or 3.3 V control signals, making the TQC0015 useful in small cell applications.

Typical isolation at 1 GHz is 60 dB with associated insertion loss of 0.5 dB for performance in test equipment applications. Linearity (IIP3) is rated at 56 dBm.

The TriQuint TQC0015 supports operation to 6 GHz and is available in a 4 x 4 mm SMT package compatible with previous TriQuint switches and similar products from other manufacturers.
