RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TQP9108 from Qorvo. With two stages of amplification, the TQP9108 offers 30.5 dB of gain with 31.3 dBm output power. Covering 1.7 to 2.17 GHz, the Qorvo TQP9108 serves small cell and repeater applications, DAS and booster amp applications for bands 1, 2, 3, 4 and 25. Power added efficiency is rated at 39% with OIP3 of 46 dBm.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a new 100 W single-pole, triple-throw reflective switch from MACOM. The MASW-011030 is offered in a common anode configuration and operates from 30 MHz to 3 GHz. It features low insertion loss and excellent linearity, with low DC consumption.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the industry’s first RF switch operating at zero Hertz with integrated RF, analog and digital functions. The Peregrine Semiconductor PE42020 SPDT targets T&M and ATE applications with frequency coverage from 0 Hz to 8 GHz.  Capable of handling 30 dBm input power at zero Hertz, patented ultra CMOS technology allows 36 dBm power handling at 8 GHz.

The ZX60-183A+ two-stage amplifier provides 28 dB gain in a very small package, only 0.75" x 0.74" x 0.46" high. Internal compensating circuitry provides a consistent, very flat response over the full bandwidth. Designed for 50 Ω SMA coax systems, the gold-plated package uses convenient 5 V DC power, and has a nickel-plated brass cover and unibody construction for rugged use.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Delta Electronics manufacturing N crimp type plug 1103018A00E-000. This connector includes three .027 diameter (minimum) wire holes for use in securing the connector in vibration applications. This connector is designed to service cable applications with frequencies ranging from DC to 11GHz and has a voltage rating of 1,000 VRMS SSL.

Vaunix has announced the addition of a new 75 ohm model to their family of LDA series digital attenuators. The LDA-102-75F has input power of up to 1 W, attenuation range to 95 dB, and offers frequency coverage of 10 to 1000 MHz. This unit is powered and controlled by connection to a PC or self-powered USB hub, and is programmable for fixed attenuation or swept attenuation ramps directly from the included graphical user interface (GUI) software.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 1 W (30.5 dBm) Psat amplifier covering radar and satcom applications from 16 to 18 GHz. The TGA2621 can be used as a general purpose amplifier drawing 400 mA from a 6 V supply. PAE for the TGA2621 is 28% while small signal gain is 26.5 dB. Qorvo offers this amplifier as a 2 x 2.5 mm DIE.

Anritsu Co. introduced an electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation measurement system for its Spectrum Master™ MS271xE handheld spectrum analyzers and Cell Master™ MT8212E/MT8213E base station analyzers. With the option installed and an Anritsu isotropic antenna attached, the analyzers can be used by field technicians of government regulatory authorities and cellular operators to measure electromagnetic fields, ensuring wireless networks are in compliance with various national standards for personal safety.
