With average power output of 2.5 W, both devices include 3 gain stages, the final stage being a Doherty design for high peak power performance up to 20 W.

With an operating temperature range of -55 to +85 degrees C, amplitude balance is held to +/- 0.9 dB max while phase balance is held to +/- 3 degrees.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support fora high gain, 10 W GaN amplifier targeted at S-band RADAR applications. The TriQuint TGA2583-SM offers 33 dB of gain and >50% PAE from 2.7 to 3.7 GHz. Saturated output power is rated at 40.5 dBm from a 25 to 32 volt supply providing 175 mA.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support forPeregrine Semiconductors’ 10 MHz to 8 GHz SP4T switch. The PE42441 combines low insertion loss of 1 dB with high isolation of 39 dB (measured at 6 GHz). Internal 50 Ω terminations give this absorptive switch a P0.1 dB compression point of 31 dB, a significant competitive advantage for target applications in wireless infrastructure and wireless connectivity.
