M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. announced the MAOP-L284CN, a silicon photonic integrated circuit integrated with lasers (L-PIC™) for a 100 G transmit solution for CWDM4 and CLR4 applications. MAOP-L284CN features four high bandwidth Mach-Zehnder modulators integrated with four lasers (1270, 1290, 1310, and 1330 nm) and a CWDM multiplexer, with each channel operating at up to 28 Gb/s.

The MRF8VP13350NR3 is a 350 W CW transistor designed for industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) applications in the 700 MHz to 1300 MHz frequency range. It is capable of 350W CW or pulse power in narrowband operation. The device is internally input matched for ease of use, and it can be used single-ended or in a push-pull configuration.

The CMD232 is a wideband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier that offers high gain, wide bandwidth, single positive supply voltage, and a small die size. While the 25-V version typically operates to 35 GHz with an insertion loss < 1.2 dB, the 50-V version’s operating frequency range has been extended to 50 GHz, with a typical maximum insertion loss < 1.2 dB. These capacitors are intended primarily for coupling RF signals or, occasionally, for bypassing them to ground, while blocking DC.
