Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) introduced compliance test software for the latest Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL)specification. The MHL 3 source compliance test software allows engineers to test their MHL 3 transmitters the same way they are tested at official authorized MHL compliance test centers using Keysight Infiniium oscilloscopes.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. introduced the next-generation of BenchVue, an intuitive, easy-to-use PC software application that provides multiple-instrument measurement visibility and data capture that eliminates the need for instrument programming. This release of BenchVue features expanded data logging capabilities .

Keysight Technologies, Inc. announced the latest release of Electromagnetic Professional (EMPro) software, its 3-D electromagnetic simulation software. EMPro 2015.01 offers a number of new capabilities to reduce simulation time and increase design efficiency. The most notable enhancement in EMPro 2015.01 is a speed improvement to its FEM simulator.

The MD8430A is a scalable LTE network simulator, with six models ranging from functional test model (FTM) to enhanced test model (ETM), and available software options for both LTE FDD and TDD for any model. The associated rapid test designer (RTD) graphical test software enables quick scripting of tests, with an intuitive user interface as well as available layer 3 and lower-layer libraries.

Keysight Technologies Inc. announced it will provide single vendor service solutions for a broad range of multi-vendor products. The services include calibration of physical, dimensional and optical products; training; and company-wide support.

Keysight Technologies Inc. announced new versions of its IO Libraries Suite and Command Expert software products. The two software updates provide increased capability and improved usability. IO Libraries Suite 17 is the next generation of instrument control and with the latest version of Command Expert, users will find it even easier to make measurements and send signals.

Keysight Technologies Inc. announced it has received SC21 (Supply Chains for the 21^st Century) Silver Award status by the ADS Group, a U.K. aerospace, defense, security and space trade organization. The award presentation was held at the Finmecannica-Selex ES Edinburgh facility in Edinburgh Scotland. Phil Curnock, head of supply chain at the ADS Group; Keysight’s SC21 sponsors Amanda Smith, head of asset management; and Fern Scott, procurement manager for Airbus Defence and Space Limited, presented the award to Keysight Technologies U.K.

CST STUDIO SUITE is used by engineers and researchers working across the electromagnetic spectrum to model systems and optimize designs. Its tightly-integrated solvers cover a broad range of frequencies and geometrical scales, and are complemented by more specialized technology for applications such as PCBs, cables, thermal analysis, and charged particle devices.

Aerospace engineers use CST STUDIO SUITE to design and optimize antennas and arrays, to analyze their installed performance, and to calculate cosite interference between antenna systems. The upcoming release of CST STUDIO SUITE 2015 will significantly enhance its antenna design offering with the integration of the new Phased Array Wizard.

RCS is an important consideration when designing new equipment, and is something that CST has long supported. The 2015 release builds on the previous RCS capabilities of CST STUDIO SUITE by adding the ability to produce RCS maps – plots of RCS phase or amplitude against frequency and scan angle – with the shooting and bouncing ray (SBR) asymptotic solver. RCS maps give engineers a more detailed view of the cross-section of a platform, and can be used to help identify potential scatterers.
