Skyworks is pleased to introduce a hyperabrupt varactor diode with a wide tuning range and low phase noise for VCO and voltage tuned filter applications. This general market diode targets WLAN, CATV LNB, energy management, wireless infrastructure and military applications. The new diode is designed for high-volume commercial and industrial OEMs, ODMs and contract manufacturers who also manufacture voltage-controlled phase shifters and tunable bandpass filters.
